A new breast in two stages with fat grafting plus flap

A new breast can be created with fat grafting and a flap in cases where a breast has been completely removed.

These patients have had a complete mastectomy with concavity of the chest.

The first round of fat grafting helped to correct the concavity. A second round combined with a latissimous dorsi flap and additional fat has created substantial volume -- more volume can be added and a nipple created once scars are soft enough, in about three to four months.

No prosthesis is needed.

This method is evolving quickly with new improvements.
